About us

Hello and welcome to Etched on the Wolds. We are a small, family run business consisting of me, Rich and my partner in crime Kirsty. Our workshop is nestled between the historic city of York and the rolling hills of the Yorkshire Wolds.

We both have full time jobs but we love spending our spare time bringing our ideas to life and sharing them with the world.

I have many years experience of laser cutting from my day job as a Design & Technology teacher and decided to start a business doing what I love.

Kirsty is very busy in her job as a Client Director but is also the brains of the Etched on the Wolds operation with her superior knowledge of business strategy.

We also have a passion for looking after the environment and we show this by ensuring that all our packaging is from a sustainable source and is 100% recyclable. The majority of the materials we use are also from a sustainable source.

We pride ourselves in supplying bespoke products and everything is made to order with love and attention to detail.

We look forward to receiving your orders and putting as much care and affection into producing them as you could imagine.
